Malar is the Tamil word for flower. Every flower begins with green, and so does Malar.
A pear-shaped peridot, green as a new leaf, hangs from a softly tapered dome hoop. Each stone is set by hand in its own brushed 14k gold bezel, which keeps the green bright without competing with it. Light on the ear, and beautiful alone or worn with the Malar Studs.
